Răzvan Ambrozie

Răzvan Ambrozie advises companies, boards and senior executives on complex tax matters, with a particular focus on situations involving regulatory scrutiny, cross-border structures and interactions with the Romanian tax authority.

He brings 12 years of experience across both the public and private sectors. He spent seven years as a tax inspector with ANAF, working within the non-residents division and the anti-fraud directorate.

Following his time at ANAF, Răzvan held senior advisory positions with top law firms and a Big4, where he advised multinational companies, private equity-backed businesses and high-net-worth individuals on tax structuring, compliance and solving tax matters.

His dual perspective, as a former tax authority official and as a private sector adviser, gives him a distinctive ability to anticipate regulatory risk, manage sensitive situations and develop strategies grounded in how institutions actually operate.

Răzvan's areas of focus include tax inspections, non-resident taxation and the tax aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings.
